Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of boneless chicken
  • 125 milliliters of liquid cooking cream
  • 3-4 stalks of chopped fresh onion
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • paprika
  • 150 grams of finely chopped bacon
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 finely chopped hot pepper
  • olive oil for frying

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat olive oil in a fireproof pan and fry the diced chicken. Add the peeled and chopped peppers. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Pour the cream, stir and cover the mixture with the chopped bacon. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake the dish for 20 minutes. When ready, sprinkle with fresh onions, divide the chicken into portions and serve.
