How To Cook Chicken Casserole With Rice And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of chicken fillet

150 grams of rice

150 grams of canned corn and / or peas

1 - 2 sweet peppers

300 milliliters of cooking cream

2 onions

200 grams of yellow cheese

1 large carrot

2 tablespoons olive oil

salt and spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice in salted water. Meanwhile, cut all the vegetables and chicken fillet into small pieces. Fry the vegetables in hot olive oil until semi-cooked and remove to a plate. In the same pan, fry the meat, seasoning it with spices of your choice.

When the rice is cooked, spread a layer of it in a suitable baking dish. Put the vegetables, level the surface and spread with half the cream.

Then add the fillet, a row of corn (peas) and the remaining cream. Flatten again with a spoon and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place the dish for 20 - 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, after which you can enjoy this delicious casserole.
