Learn how to cook "Chicken casserole with zucchini and yellow cheese crust". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 800 grams of chicken breast
  • 3-4 zucchini
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 2-3 tablespoons sour cream
  • left

For the marinade:

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • spices

Method of preparation :

Dry the meat, cut it into medium cubes and add the cream, mustard and spices. Stir and let marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.

Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in oil until they acquire a light golden hue. Stir periodically, it takes about 10-15 minutes.

Grate the zucchini on a large grater, if their skins are thick, peel them beforehand. After 10-15 minutes, drain the liquid from them, because otherwise the casserole will turn out watery.

Mix them with the marinated chicken, add the eggs and the cooled already fried onions.

Add salt to taste, stir and distribute the mixture evenly in a greased pan.

Coat the surface with sour cream and bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven, which you previously heated at 180-190 degrees.

Then remove, sprinkle with grated cheese and return the dish to bake for another 10 minutes. It will be covered with a beautiful crust.

Enjoy your meal!
