How To Cook Chicken Fillet With Mushrooms And Yellow Cheese In Bechamel Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3-4 chicken fillets
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • connection dill
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • salt, pepper


Method of preparation :

Wash the fillet, remove all the skins and make incisions on the inside, dividing the breasts in two, but not completely.

Fry the mushrooms in oil until semi-finished, season with pepper and salt.

Grate the yellow cheese coarsely.

Fry the breasts until golden in the oil and remove from the pan. Pour half of the flour into the remaining fat, mix thoroughly and pour 50 milliliters of milk. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens and then add the remaining milk and flour.

Fill the chicken with the mushrooms and arrange in a pan. Season and sprinkle with chopped garlic cloves. Drizzle with the sauce and place the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Five minutes before it is completely ready, sprinkle with yellow cheese and dill.
