How To Cook Chicken Fillet With Olives, Garlic And Capers - Recipe

Required products :
 
4 chicken fillets
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon pitted olives
 
1 tablespoon canned capers
 
For the garnish:
 
1 teaspoon millet
1/3 tea cup chopped lettuce
2 carrots
1/4 cup stuffed olives with red pepper puree
1/2 cup canned peas
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
 
 
Method of preparation :
 
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease the pan in which you will bake the dish with oil.
 
Using a blender, grind the stuffed olives, capers and garlic until puree.
Arrange the fillets in the prepared dish and spread them with the paste. Place in the oven for about 25 minutes.
 
Boil the millet and add peas, chopped carrots and onions, olives, basil and olive oil. Season the sauce with salt and ground black pepper to taste and the garnish is ready.
 
Serve the chicken fillet with it and enjoy it!
