Cut the fillet into pieces, chop the onion, cut the carrot and pepper into straws, saturate the garlic, cut the pineapple rings into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the onion until golden, add the chicken pieces and fry until white. Then pour the carrot straws and add the spices. Stir and five minutes later add the pepper, pineapple and peas. Mix the products and sprinkle them evenly with the rice. Pour hot water to cover the berries by 1.5 centimeters. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the dish under a lid until the rice is ready.
