Cut the garlic and chicken fillet in half. Boil the tomatoes, peel and remove the seeds, cut into oblong pieces.
In a hot pan pour olive oil, put garlic and chicken in it. When the latter is fried on one side, add salt and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour the wine, add the tomato pieces, olives and stew the dish until ready.
