Beer has always been a great addition to chicken. In this recipe we combine it with paprika, garlic powder and black pepper and the result is unique. The ingredients are for 6 servings and the preparation will take you about 30 minutes . Let's borrow!

 

Necessary products

  • 1 1/2 kg chicken cut into pieces
  • 4 teaspoons flour
  • 2  egg yolks, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons beer
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon spice for chicken
  • 1 teaspoon salt

 

Method of preparation

In a medium bowl, mix 3 tea cups of flour, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika and chicken seasoning.

In another bowl, pour the remaining flour, salt, egg yolks, and beer. Stir until a thick homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Put a little oil in the pan and heat it to a high temperature. Dip the pieces of meat first in the dry mix, then in the beer mix, and finally put them in the pan. Fry for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve the prepared meat while it is still warm. Serve with your favorite garnish of rice or vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
