Necessary products

  • 4 boneless halves of chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

 

Method of preparation

Take a small bowl and pour in the salt, black pepper, hot red pepper, paprika, onion powder, thyme and parsley. Add 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix all the spices well. Sprinkle the chicken mixture with the prepared mixture on both sides to cover evenly.

Put a large pan on the stove and heat the butter and olive oil in it. Fry the chicken breasts for a few minutes on both sides until golden brown.

Add the remaining garlic powder and lime juice. Cook for another 4-5 minutes and stir periodically.

Serve the finished chicken with the sauce while still warm. Serve with your favorite vegetable garnish. Enjoy your meal!
