Learn how to cook "Chicken legs in white wine sauce with vegetables, olives and garlic". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2 chicken legs
1 onion
1 carrot
1-2 cloves garlic
50 grams olives
3-4 tomatoes (about 400 grams in total)
150 milliliters of dry white wine
50 grams butter
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt, pepper and other spices to taste
1 -2 sprigs of dill
1-2 sprigs of parsley
Method of preparation :
Boil the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them. Clean the seeds and grind in a blender. Strain the porridge using a colander.
Fry the legs until golden brown in oil. Season with salt and pepper, remove to a plate.
Peel an onion and garlic, chop finely and fry until transparent in the oil.
Then add the carrot, cut into small pieces.
Five minutes later, add the tomato paste, olives, sugar and spices to taste. Pour the wine and wait for it to boil.
When this happens, place the fried legs in the pan on top of the vegetables. Cover with a lid and simmer the products for about 30-40 minutes on low heat.
Remove the finished dish to a plate, sprinkle with chopped green spices and serve.
