Method of preparation :
Dry the bread lightly in the oven or use a toaster for this purpose. Crush the slices or grind in a blender.
Mix the crumbs with grated Parmesan and lemon zest, chopped parsley and season.
Divide the filling into 4 equal parts and distribute it under the skin of the thighs. Add salt, pepper and arrange in a pan.
Bake in a preheated 230 degree oven for about half an hour (until the skin becomes crispy).
Serve the prepared legs with a garnish of fresh vegetables.
