How To Cook Chicken Legs With Beer, Sausage And Potatoes - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 500 grams of fine fresh potatoes
  • 300 grams of raw sausage of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • salt, black pepper, paprika
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • 50 milliliters of beer
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash the fresh potatoes, dry them and cut them in half. Heat the butter and fry them. Cut the sausage, add it to the potatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes. Strain and distribute the mixture in a pan.

Rinse the chicken, dry it and saute it in the remaining fat. Add the garlic, salt, black and red pepper, chili and pour the meat into the baking dish.

Pour the beer, sprinkle with savory, oregano and parsley. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 35 minutes. Cool the dish, distribute on a plate and serve.
