How To Cook Chicken Legs With Onions And Mushrooms In Beer - Recipe

Required products :

4 medium chicken legs

4 pieces of chicken breast with skin (about 150 grams each)

8 medium onions

100 grams of bacon

100 grams of mushrooms

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 liter of dark beer

1 tablespoon starch

salt, pepper and other spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the fillet, the legs and the peeled onions cut in half.

Cut the mushrooms, bacon and fillet into pieces.

Heat the oil and fry the legs in it, take them out on a plate.

In the remaining fat, fry the bacon with onions, add the mushrooms and let everything cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring. Then pour 200 milliliters of beer, add the legs and stew for half an hour. While the products are simmering, periodically pour in the remaining beer.

After 30 minutes, add the chicken fillet and leave the dish on the stove for another 15 minutes.

In the juice formed during the stewing, put the starch that you first dissolved in 2 tablespoons of cold water.

Serve with vegetables and parsley or green onions.
