How To Cook Chicken Legs With Potatoes And Aromatic Herb Oil - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 3-4 chicken legs
  • 60 grams of melted butter
  • 1 kg of fresh potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • half a bunch of fresh oregano
  • 2-3 leaves of fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash and dry the chicken legs. Heat the butter and seal the meat on both sides. Drain and set aside. Wash and dry the potatoes, cut them into cubes without peeling them. Saute them in butter and stew for 5 minutes. Transfer to a pan, add the chicken legs and season with salt.

Put parsley, oregano, basil, savory and butter in a blender. Mash until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

 

Glaze the meat with the resulting herbal paste. Pour 1/2 tea cup of water, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes. Distribute portions, serve the dish warm, garnished with spices of your choice or additionally with aromatic oil.
