Necessary products:
1 kg of chicken livers
50 grams of mayonnaise
50 grams of cream
1 carrot
2 tablespoons oil
green onion

Method of preparation:
Wash and dry the chicken liver. Heat the oil and fry the liver in it for 2 minutes on high heat. Then reduce the temperature to a minimum, add the finely grated carrot, close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix the cream and mayonnaise, add salt to taste and pour over the liver. Mix everything and leave on the stove for another 10 minutes. Serve with chopped green onions.
