Required products :
chicken liver
potatoes
sweet peppers
eggplant
zucchini
garlic
onion
hot pepper or ground hot pepper
spices and herbs of your choice
fat (oil, olive oil or butter)
Determine the quantities of the products according to your personal taste preferences and the desired number of servings.
Method of preparation :
Clean the livers, wash them and you can cut them into smaller pieces if you prefer, or prepare whole ones.
Boil the potatoes whole, then peel.
Grease a pan with oil and put the chopped vegetables in it: zucchini, eggplant, peppers. Add garlic (maybe whole cloves) and onion to taste, hot pepper, if desired (you can also add whole). Stir.
Arrange the potatoes on them and season with spices of your choice. You can also use a little mayonnaise if desired.
Make room for the livers in the middle of the vegetable mix. Put them there, before seasoning them with salt, pepper and pour oil or olive oil.
Sprinkle generously on all products in the bowl with herbs and spices. If necessary, pour oil, olive oil or put pieces of butter.
Place the dish in a preheated 200 degree oven, reduce the temperature to 150-180 degrees and bake the dish for about 30 minutes.
Periodically turn the livers and potatoes, watering them with the juice that is released during cooking.
