How To Cook Chicken Millet With Onions Stewed In White Wine - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken mills with onions stewed in white wine". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 kg chicken mills
1 onion
1 medium carrot
1 red sweet pepper
1 tablespoon flour
8 tablespoons white wine
salt and pepper to taste
bay leaf

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the mills with cold water. Grate carrots, onions and peppers and chop finely.

Put the mills in a suitable container, fill with water and put on the stove and cook for 5 minutes. Drain the liquid.

Transfer to a deep frying pan, pour 1 teaspoon of water or broth of your choice. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Dissolve the flour in the wine and pour the mixture over the watermills. Put a bay leaf and let the dish simmer for about an hour.

Serve with a garnish of boiled potatoes.
