Required products :
1 kg chicken fillet
300 grams sweet peppers
200 grams leeks
200 grams yellow cheese
parsley to taste
black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the chicken fillet and dry it, then put in a plastic bag and pound. The thickness should be about 1.5 centimeters.
Peppers, wash, clean the seeds and tails, cut into straws, leeks - into circles, yellow cheese grate.
Arrange the fillet pieces, forming an even layer on a sheet of foil, which you have greased with a little oil.
Place the fillets, overlapping them. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then evenly distribute the peppers and the leek circles on them.
Sprinkle everything with grated yellow cheese and roll up a tight roll, wrap it in foil and place in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees. Let the dish cook for an hour and a half.
When cool, cut into pieces about 3-5 inches thick.
Arrange them in a flat dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
The dish is delicious both hot and cold.
