How To Cook Chicken Roll With Coconut Crust And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of chicken fillet
  • salt, pepper and cumin
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 100 grams of melted cheese, sliced
  • 100 grams of finely chopped ham or bacon
  • 4 broken eggs
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 100 grams of slightly sweetened coconut shavings
  • toothpicks
  • a few drops of olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the fillet and season with salt, pepper and cumin. In the middle of each put a little garlic, ham and melted cheese.

Roll into a roll, secure the ends with a toothpick and dip the meat in the eggs, then in the flour, again in the first mixture and finally in the coconut shavings.

Prepare all the rolls this way and arrange them in a tray covered with a sheet of parchment. Sprinkle with olive oil, preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 35 minutes. Cool, arrange on a plate and serve the rolls with a garnish of your choice.
