How To Cook Chicken Soup With Bulgur - Recipe

Required products :

1 teaspoon bulgur
1.6 liters of water
300 grams of chicken wings
1 carrot
1 onion
150 grams of canned tomatoes in their own juice
connection parsley
pinch of rosemary a
few grains of allspice
pinch of ground black pepper
oil and salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Put the wings in a suitable container, fill them with water, add salt, a few grains of allspice and place the pot on the stove.

Close with a lid and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

While the chicken is cooking, heat the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onions and carrots in it.
Then add the mashed canned tomatoes and let the vegetables simmer for about 3 minutes.

Once you remove the wings from the stove, wait for them to cool a bit and break the meat off the bones. Cut or chop finely and return to the broth. Then pour in the bulgur and cook for 15 minutes.

Then add the vegetables, spices and after 3 minutes remove the pan from the heat.
Let the soup stand for 5 minutes under a lid, then you can sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
