How To Cook Chicken Soup With Sorrel, Melted Cheese And Potatoes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 150 grams of chicken
  • 70 grams of sorrel
  • 4 potatoes
  • 100 grams of melted cheese (soft)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 grams of dry vegetable seasoning
  • 4 grams of salt
  • 2 liters of water

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the water into a saucepan, add salt and cook the meat, removing the foam.

Peel the potatoes and onions. Cut onions into cubes and fry in oil for 3-5 minutes.

Also turn the potatoes into small cubes, sorrel and melted cheese cut.

Strain the meat broth, return it to the pan and pour the potatoes into it. Boil them for 15 minutes. Then add the sorrel, fried onions, spices and cook the soup for another 5-8 minutes.

Finally, add the melted cheese, stir and leave the dish on the stove for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

The finished soup is served hot.
