How To Cook Chicken Steaks With Mushrooms And Marsala - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/4 tea cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon marsala wine
  • 1/4 tea cup sherry vinegar

Method of preparation :

Cut the chicken breasts into 2 lengths to make separate steaks.

Mix the flour with the spices and roll the meat in them.

In a large skillet, melt the butter and fry the steaks until browned. Add the mushrooms, add the wine and sherry vinegar. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes to thicken the sauce and cook the meat completely.

Serve the chicken with pasta, vegetables or salad. Drizzle the meat with the wine sauce and mushrooms.
