How To Cook Chicken Stew With Wine, Fresh Potatoes And Milk Garlic - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 4 chicken legs
  • 500 grams of fine fresh potatoes
  • 400 grams of tomato puree
  • salt, pepper, bay leaf
  • 70 milliliters of red wine
  • 2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 3 heads of milk garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • oil for stuffing
  • 1 liter of water or chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon flour

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the legs into portions, wash and dry. Fry them on all sides for 5 minutes and strain.

 

Peel and slice the carrots and onions. Saturate the celery, heat the fat and saute them.

 

Add the flour, mix and add the whole garlic cloves and pre-cleaned potatoes. Stir and season with salt, red and black pepper, bay leaf, wine and tomato paste.

 

Stir and after 5 minutes add the meat. Pour the broth and cook on low heat for an hour. When ready, pour the dish on a plate and serve warm, sprinkled with finely chopped fresh parsley.
