Required products :

300 grams of minced chicken
1 onion
100 grams of chicken heart
3-4 tablespoons crushed walnuts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
spices to taste - salt, allspice, garlic
1 tablespoon sour cream
5-6 olives (or more)
2 tablespoons grated cheese

Preparation :
Peel an onion, cut it into several pieces and add it to the minced meat, add the spices, cream and walnuts. Grind with a blender.
Prepare whole nuts according to the number of hearts.
Clean the hearts and marinate them in lemon juice with spices. Let them stay as long as possible (you can do this from the previous day).
Put one walnut in each of the already marinated hearts.
Grease the bottom of a suitable dish with fat and distribute the minced meat in it, flatten and in the resulting layer place the hearts with the walnuts.
Put half an olive on them and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
Bake the dish in a preheated oven, closing the pan with a lid or covering with foil.
The temperature should be 180 degrees and the required time is about 40-45 minutes.
10 minutes before removing the dish from the oven, remove the coating and allow the surface to bake and form an appetizing crust.
Wait for it to cool a bit and then cut.
You can serve terrine both hot and cold.
Enjoy your meal!
