Required products :

  • 6 slices of bread
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 100 grams of pitted olives
  • 1 egg
  • a little sage
  • 200 grams of sausage
  • black pepper and salt to taste
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 kilograms of chicken breast

 

Method of preparation :

Squeeze the juice of one orange, grate its peel. Cut the other fruit into 8 circles.

 

Cut the olives into small pieces.

 

Cut the chicken breasts into large pieces, grind them in a blender, add the soft part of the slices of bread, egg, pour the milk, salt and puree.

 

Mash the sausage with a fork, add a little sage, pour 2 tablespoons of orange juice, citrus peel, olives, salt, pepper and stir.

 

Combine the two mixtures and distribute the combination in greased bowls. On the surface of each put an orange circle.

 

Arrange the dishes in a pan, pour water into it and bake the pate in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for an hour and 15 minutes.

When the terrines have cooled, cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
