How To Cook Chicken Wings In Oven Bourbon Sauce - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken wings in bourbon sauce in the oven". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of chicken wings, halved
  • 125 milliliters of maple syrup
  • 85 milliliters of bourbon
  • 60 milliliters of ketchup
  • 20 milliliters Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 milliliters of tabasco sauce
  • 20 grams of brown sugar
  • 20 milliliters of apple cider vinegar

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees and cover pan with parchment paper.
  • Heat all ingredients, except the chicken wings, in a saucepan over medium heat until boiling.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until halved.
  • Remove from the heat, add the wings and stir well to cover evenly with the sauce.
  • Spread in the pan and bake for 40 minutes, turning them periodically.
  • Increase the temperature to 250 degrees and bake until golden brown, turning them more often so as not to burn.
  • Serve the chicken wings warm and enjoy.
