How To Cook Chicken With Orange Flavor, Pineapple And Rice - Recipe

Required products :

  • 6 upper legs, cut
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 tea cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon orange peel + 1/4 teaspoon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • boiled rice

Method of preparation :

Fry the chicken pieces seasoned with salt in the oil for about 8-10 minutes until golden. Transfer them to a plate.

In the same pan and fat, fry the garlic and onion for about 5 minutes to soften the onion and make it translucent. Add the broth, vinegar, soy sauce, orange products and half of the pineapple. Add salt.

After the liquid boils, return the chicken to the pan and stew for 6 minutes, occasionally pouring the sauce over the meat.

Serve with white rice and sprinkle with remaining pineapple and coriander.
