Required products :

300 grams of potatoes
200 grams of chickpeas
200 grams of carrots
1/3 tea cup rice
1 onion
1 sweet pepper
4 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon coriander
pinch of hot red pepper
1.5 - 2 liters of water


Method of preparation :

Pour 3 liters of water over the chickpeas and let them stand at room temperature until they soften so that they need less cooking.

Pour 1.5 - 2 liters of cold water into a saucepan, pour chickpeas into it, turn on the stove and wait for the liquid to boil. Then reduce the temperature and let the beans cook for 20 minutes.

Peel the carrots and potatoes, cut them into large pieces, onions and peppers - into semicircles.

Fry onions and carrots for 2 minutes in hot oil, then add chickpeas, peppers, potatoes, cumin and coriander, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Let the products cook until the potatoes are ready.

Boil the rice separately in a 1: 1 ratio with water.

Distribute the soup in suitable plates, put 1-2 tablespoons of rice in each, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and good appetite!
