Required products :

  • 1/4 tea cup whose
  • 1/4 tea cup hemp seed
  • 2 tea cups milk chocolate drops
  • 2 tea cups chocolate drops of dark chocolate
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rice popcorn
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Method of preparation :

Line a small rectangular baking tray with parchment paper.

Mix the seeds in a small bowl, setting aside 2 tablespoons of them for sprinkling.

Melt both types of chocolate in a microwave or water bath.

Add the seeds and rice popcorn to them, stir to combine well.

Pour the chocolate mixture with the prepared pan and tap it several times on the hob to prevent the formation of air bubbles in the mixture.

Sprinkle with salt and set aside seeds. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.

Leave for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving, then cut.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, and wait until they reach room temperature before serving.
