Necessary products:

  • 400 grams of white chocolate couverture
  • 300 grams of mascarpone cream
  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • 50 milliliters of liquid confectionery cream
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 100 grams of fresh strawberries
  • 100 grams of muesli

Method of preparation:

Melt the chocolate and with the help of an applicator spread it on round muffin tins or mini cupcakes and cool.

In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, cream cheese, powdered sugar, confectionery cream and mix until smooth. Separate some of the mixture and set aside.

Add jam and mix until homogeneous. Remove the forms, put in each of the milk mousse, garnish with fresh strawberries and finish with melted white chocolate.

Cool for an hour, remove the dessert from the molds and decorate around it with cream. Cover with muesli and serve.
