How To Cook Chocolate Brownie With Candy Ferrero Rocher - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3/4 teaspoon butter
  • 450 grams of semi-sweet chocolate, broken
  • 3/4 teaspoon + 2 tablespoons flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 16 Ferrero Rocher candies

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease with a square baking dish measuring 23/33 centimeters.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Remove from the heat and add the chocolate. Stir.
  • If it does not melt, return the pan to the hob for another 10 seconds. Set aside to cool the mixture.
  • Sift the flour into a small bowl.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and vanilla paste with a mixer for about 4-5 minutes, until the stirrers begin to form hard peaks.
  • Gradually add the chocolate to the egg mixture using a spatula or wooden spoon.
  • Add the flour and mix again to a homogeneous consistency without overdoing it.
  • Pour the dough into the prepared form and spread the candies on top. Press them with your fingers to sink into the mixture.
  • Bake the chocolate brownie for 25 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.
  • Cut into squares and serve with a smile.
