Necessary products:

 

  • 2 packets of biscuits
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of ground walnuts or unsalted peanuts

 

for caramel

 

  • 40 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 20 grams of honey
  • 30 milliliters of confectionery cream

 

for the chocolate layer

 

  • 75 grams of dark chocolate
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 30 grams of cocoa powder
  • 40 grams of honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla, liquid
  • pinch of salt
  • 5 grams of instant coffee
  • 3 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 4 grams of baking powder

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a blender, grind the biscuits, add the butter and walnuts. Stir and spread the mixture on the bottom of a rectangular pan. Prepare the caramel by melting and burning the butter, along with the sugar, honey and cream. Stir and reduce the heat.

After the mixture caramelizes, cool it and spread it on the biscuit base. In a bowl, place the eggs, butter, cocoa, honey, salt and vanilla. Stir and add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Melt the chocolate and add it.

Stir again and spread the mixture over the caramel. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Cool the dessert, dissolve the coffee in warm water and syrup the chocolate cake. Cut, arrange the cake in plates and serve.
