How To Cook Chocolate Cake With Mayonnaise And Raspberries - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 1 tablespoon natural cocoa
  • 200 grams of mayonnaise
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons liquid chocolate
  • 150 grams of fresh raspberries
  • 20 grams of powdered sugar for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

 

The flour is mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Use ready-made mayonnaise, it contains both oil and eggs needed for the cake. Mix it with powdered sugar, liquid chocolate and beat until the products are mixed.

Combine the two mixtures and pour the dough into a round parchment-lined sheet. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Cool the cake, remove it from the pan and garnish with fresh raspberries. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut and serve.
