Necessary products

For swamps:

3 eggs

5 tablespoons flour

5 tablespoons sugar

70 grams of butter

4 cups vanilla pudding

100 grams of milk chocolate

 

Method of preparation :

Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Without stopping to beat, add the melted butter, then the sifted flour with baking powder. Pour the finished dough into a form lined with baking paper and bake at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the filling. Beat with a mixer all the products for its preparation until smooth.

Take the dough out of the oven, wrap it on the side with baking paper, forming a "fence" and spread the filling on top. Return the dessert to bake for 40 minutes at 160 - 170 degrees. Wait for the finished cake to cool in the form, then put it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. When you take it out of the fridge, melt the chocolate and cover the surface with it.
