Required products :

  • 1.5 teaspoons flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon cocoa
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt, baking powder and baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 tea cup of fresh milk
  • 1/4 tea cup of carbonated water
  • 1/4 tea cup brewed cold coffee
  • 2.5 cups fresh strawberries (for the filling)
  • 0.5 teaspoon powdered sugar (for the filling)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (for the filling)
  • 1 cup high-fat liquid cream (for cream)
  • 0.5 teaspoon powdered sugar (for cream)
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cream)

Method of preparation :

In a food processor bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa and baking powder, salt, baking soda and sugar.

Add the diced butter and grind until the mixture crumbles.

Then pour the milk, soda and coffee. Stir until smooth.

From the finished dough, make cakes, which you arrange in a tray lined with a sheet of parchment. Put the dish in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

During this time, turn on the oven to preheat to 175 degrees. Bake the chocolate loaves for about 18-20 minutes and let them cool.

Cut the strawberries, put them in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes.

Make a cream. To do this, beat the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract for 3-5 minutes until thickened.

When the loaves have cooled, spread half of them with cream, put strawberries on it and cover with a second loaf.

Serve the fruit sandwiches immediately.

Enjoy your meal!
