Required products :

  • 1/4 tea cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup ground minced coconut flesh
  • 1/4 tea cup of cocoa (raw) powder
  • 1/3 tea cup honey (liquid), maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
  • 1/2 cup ground or crushed almonds (raw and unsalted)
  • 1 1/2 tea cups crushed or ground hazelnuts (raw and unsalted)

For the glaze:

  • 1/4 tea cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 tea syrup of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa

Method of preparation :

First make the glaze by mixing the coconut oil with the syrup and cocoa. Heat the combination and remove from the heat.

In a separate bowl, prepare the coconut dough for the candies. Add the meat, which you have previously grated, to the oil from the exotic fruit. This is followed by cocoa, maple syrup or your favorite sweetener and finally the two types of raw nuts.
Form balls from the delicious combination, which you put in the refrigerator for about an hour and a half.
When you take out the candies, dip them in the coconut-chocolate glaze and return to the cold until the coating hardens.
