Learn how to cook "Chocolate cheesecake with vanilla pudding". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For the chocolate base:

  • 2 eggs (medium size)
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanillin
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 240 grams of flour

For cream:

  • 800 grams of cottage cheese
  • 80 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder

For the pudding:

  • 2 sachets of pudding powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 600 milliliters of fresh milk

Method of preparation :

Use a square shape measuring 25 x 25 centimeters or a round one with a diameter of 24-26 centimeters. Cover with parchment paper.

The dough

Mix the eggs and butter, add the flour with the vanilla, baking powder and cocoa. Make dough, divide it into two parts. Distribute one evenly on the bottom of the prepared dish and store in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes, and put the rest in the freezer.

The pudding

Heat 500 milliliters of milk. Pour the two packets of powdered pudding and sugar into it and mix until you get a uniform thick consistency, pouring in the rest of the milk. Then remove from the heat, cover with cling film and wait for the pudding to cool slightly. Once this is done, while still warm, spread it evenly over the cooled dough.

The cream

Separate the egg whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites to a stiff foam and beat the yolks separately with the sugar and butter until fluffy.

Gradually add the curd to the beaten egg yolks, stirring constantly, and finally pour the packet of powdered pudding. Then combine with the beaten egg whites and pour the combination into the mold. Grate the dough that you froze on cream and bake the dessert in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about an hour.

When ready, open the oven slightly, wait for the cheesecake to cool completely and then serve.

Enjoy!
