Required products (for 1 serving) :

50 grams of milk chocolate

50 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 35%

15 grams of sugar

5 grams of gelatin

50 grams of egg yolks

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the yolks with the sugar and boil the combination in a water bath.

In a separate bowl, reheat the cream in a water bath, add the chocolate and let it melt.
