Required products :

50 grams of chocolate

500 milliliters of fresh milk

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

2 eggs

vanilla sugar to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk into an aluminum saucepan, break the chocolate into pieces, add it to the milk and place the dish on the hob. Stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture boils and remove from the heat.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with the granulated sugar and gradually add the chocolate-milk mixture, stirring constantly.

Put the combination on the stove and heat, but do not let it boil.

Distribute the drink in suitable glasses.

Beat the egg whites with a mixer, gradually adding the powdered sugar and vanilla. Using a spoon, spread the resulting foam in the cups on the chocolate-milk drink. You can serve it on its own as a dessert or with cookies.
