Necessary products

  •  250 grams of grated chocolate in bulk
  •  2  tablespoons butter
  •  3 tablespoons tahini
  •  2/3  tea cups flour
  •  1/2  teaspoon baking powder
  •  1/2  teaspoon salt
  •  2  eggs
  •  3/4  tea cups brown sugar
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla
  •  1/2  cup roasted sesame seeds

 

Method of preparation

Put the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan. Melt them on low heat, stirring during this time. Remove from the heat, add the tahini and stir again. Set the pot aside.

In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs with a mixer. Add sugar and vanilla to them. Gradually pour the chocolate and flour mixture. Stir to make a thick dough. Cover the dish and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put baking paper in a tray. Form small balls of the finished dough and roll them in sesame seeds. Arrange them on the tray, leaving a space between the sweets.

Bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Allow the finished cakes to cool before serving. Enjoy!
