Learn how to cook "Chocolate mousse and caramelized popcorn with whiskey". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

for mousse:

  • 400 grams of dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 200 grams of white chocolate, sliced
  • 4 proteins
  • 1 teaspoon cream - whipped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

for popcorn:

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon whiskey
  • 2 teaspoons cardamom beans, crushed
  • 3 tea cups caramel popcorn

Method of preparation :

Put the chocolates and 1 cup of hot water in a blender and grind until a homogeneous creamy mixture is obtained. Add the eggs one by one without interrupting the blending.

Add the cream and vanilla and combine again.

Pour the mixture into 4 tall glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours.

For the popcorn: put the sugar, whiskey, cardamom and 60 milliliters of water in the pan and wait for it to boil. Reduce heat, simmer the liquid for about 10-12 minutes, melt the sugar crystals and thicken the sauce.

Cool completely and pour the popcorn with it, stirring well to taste evenly.

You can put some of the sauce on top of the cream if you take it off before pouring the popcorn. Arrange the mousse with the latter.
