Necessary products

For the dough:

120 grams of cream

30 grams of cocoa

220 grams of flour

100 grams of sugar

3 eggs

250 grams of butter

1 teaspoon baking powder

For the stuffing:

2 full handfuls of raisins (dark and light)

7 large halves of peaches

For caramelized walnuts:

4 tablespoons sugar

40 grams of butter

200 grams of walnuts

4 tablespoons fresh milk with 3.5% fat

Method of preparation:

Drain all the liquid from the peaches using a colander. To make the dough, beat the butter with the sugar until white and, without stopping to beat, add the yolks one by one, then the cocoa and beat again. Add the cream and mix thoroughly with a spatula. Add the flour mixed with the baking powder and mix well again. Beat the egg whites to a froth and mix with the dough, adding them twice.

Pour the prepared dough into a form and put six of the peach pieces, arranging them in a circle, and place the seventh in the middle and lightly press them.

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

You can proceed to caramelize the walnuts. Put the butter in a pan, add the sugar, milk and cook over low heat until golden. Quickly mix with the nuts and spread evenly over the peaches. Sprinkle the raisins on top. Put back in the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes (until done). When the chocolate pie cools, remove from the pan and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
