About the base:
100 grams of sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
200 grams of walnuts
For the cream:
100 grams of dried apricots (pitted)
100 grams of coconut shavings
1 banana
1 teaspoon honey
Method of preparation :
Soak the dried apricots in cold water for 2-3 hours, then drain the liquid.
Grind the coconut shavings to a powder.
Also grind walnuts and sunflower seeds. Add cocoa, honey and a little water to them. Mix everything thoroughly, you should get a homogeneous mass. Divide it between two layers of plastic wrap and roll with a rolling pin. Put in the fridge and start making cream.
Cut the apricots and banana, beat them with a blender, pouring a little water. The aim is to obtain a sufficiently dense homogeneous mixture. If you prefer to feel pieces of fruit, do not make them puree.
Gradually add the coconut shavings, honey (you may not use honey) to the combination, mix thoroughly. You will get a thick gentle cream. If it is too thick, add more water - consider this at the time of preparation.
Spread the fruit sweetness evenly on the cooled loaf of walnuts and seeds, roll up or put cream on the base and gather both ends, overlapping them, because the filling is too much and rolling will be difficult.
Wrap the dessert in plastic wrap, place in the fridge for a while to set, then you can enjoy its amazing taste.
