How To Cook Chocolate Souffle Cake With Biscuit Base (without Baking) - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams suitable biscuits
50 grams butter
3 tablespoons fresh milk
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon gelatin
1 packet vanilla sugar
1/4 teaspoon powdered sugar
100 grams chocolate
50 milliliters of liqueur of your choice (you can not add)
200 milliliters of liquid cream high fat (33%)

300 grams of cream cheese


Method of preparation :

Grind the biscuits, add the softened butter, cocoa and pour the milk.

Spread the "dough" on the bottom of a suitable form, which you have covered with parchment. Put in the fridge and start making the filling.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add the powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Beat everything with a mixer.

Whip the cream separately.

Dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of hot water, then add to the cream, pouring it in a thin stream. Stir.

Finally, add the whipped cream, liqueur of your choice, if you will use. Beat again with a mixer and spread the mixture evenly on the cookie sheet.

Return the dessert to the refrigerator and let it stand overnight.

You can serve the souffle the next day.
