Required products :
1/3 can (of 400 grams) whole condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh milk
200 milliliters of high-fat cream (35%) for whipping
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar (fine)
100 grams of dark chocolate bar + 1/3 for decoration
15 grams of gelatin
a pinch of vanilla

1/2 sponge cake roll or 1 sponge cake sheet with a diameter of 16 - 18 cm
Method of preparation :
Pour gelatin with fresh milk and leave for 40 minutes (to swell).
Then put on low heat and stir constantly until the gelatin dissolves. Remove from the heat without allowing the milk to boil.
Heat the condensed milk in a water bath and add the chocolate (broken into pieces).
Stir until a homogeneous creamy mixture is obtained.
Add it to the gelatin dissolved in the milk. Add the vanilla. Stir again until homogeneous.
Beat the cooled cream with the sugar.
and add the chocolate mass to it, stirring gently and adding gradually.
This is what the future souffle looks like.
Cover the bottom and walls in a round shape with plastic wrap and pour the mixture.
Tightly arrange pieces of roll or sponge cake on it. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours (maybe 1 night).
Then carefully turn the souffle with the sponge cake down.
Melt a few pieces of chocolate. Cut the cookies in half and spread them with chocolate.
Glue them to the outside of the cake.
Grate the remaining chocolate on a fine grater.
Sprinkle the cake with it and decorate as desired.
