Required products :
500 ml fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon sugar
120 grams broken into pieces dark chocolate
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon coconut shavings
cocoa powder for decoration
Method of preparation :
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Heat the milk, but do not let it boil.
Mix the sugar with the chocolate pieces and coconut shavings.
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring until the chocolate is melted.
Beat the eggs lightly and add them to the other products. Stir well.
Distribute the mixture in suitable bowls (in this case, use 6 pieces with a capacity of 150 milliliters each), which are arranged in a deep tray and pour water into it (to reach the trail of the bowls).
Bake the dessert in the oven until firm (about 30-40 minutes).
Serve the souffle sprinkled with cocoa powder.
