How To Cook Chocolate Souffle With Coffee Sauce And Vanilla - Recipe

Required products :

80 grams of dark chocolate
7 teaspoons natural yogurt
80 milliliters of fresh milk with fat content 1-2%
2 eggs
4 teaspoons brewed strong coffee
6-7 teaspoons
vanilla sugar on the tip of a knife
1 teaspoon oil

Method of preparation :

Mix the coffee with the milk, add 4 teaspoons of sugar and vanilla. Put the combination on low heat and let it boil, stirring during this time.
Separately mix the yolk of one egg with 2 teaspoons of the combination of milk and coffee, add to the boiling sauce and a few minutes later remove from the heat. Allow to cool to room temperature, close the container with a lid and store in the cold.

Start making the souffle.

Beat one egg white until stiff foamy, then add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and continue beating. Repeat 4 more times.

Beat the yolk with the remaining 1 teaspoon of sugar to form a white foam, then mix with melted chocolate and yogurt. Combine with the beaten egg whites and leave in the cold for at least an hour.

Divide the finished dough into greased with suitable forms and bake the dessert in a preheated oven to 160 degrees for about 12 minutes.

Serve the souffle cold, pouring the coffee sauce over it.
