How To Cook Chunks Of Bacon With Dried Fruit And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

4 strips of bacon
16 prunes
3 dried apricots
1/4 sweet yellow pepper
2-3 leaves melted cheese (for sandwiches)
lettuce leaves
toothpicks

 

Method of preparation :

Cut each piece of bacon into 4 pieces as shown in the next photo.

 

At the end of each put a prune and roll up.

 

Cut the dried apricots and peppers into cubes and the melted cheese into triangles.

 

Arrange the bacon rolls in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment, and place the dish in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 3 minutes.

 

Then turn them over for the same amount of time.

 

Cover the bottom of a suitable plate with lettuce leaves.

 

Arrange the bacon with the prunes on them and decorate with pieces of pepper.

 

Then, alternately, string on the toothpicks melted cheese, diced apricots, melted cheese again, then pepper.

 

Stick the skewers prepared in this way on the rolls.
