How To Cook Chunks Of Cottage Cheese And Smoked Cheese With Green Onions And Oats - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Bites of cottage cheese and smoked cheese with green onions and oatmeal". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

180 grams of cottage cheese (moist, creamy, cream cheese type)
50 grams of smoked cheese (or a little more)
2 eggs
1 bunch green onions
about 5 tablespoons wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon oatmeal for rolling
oil for frying

Method of preparation :

Put the cottage cheese in a suitable bowl, add the eggs and finely chopped green onions.

 

Cut the smoked cheese into small cubes and add to the other products.

 

Add a small pinch of sugar and be careful with the salt, as the cheese is salty.

Add the flour, but keep in mind that the amount indicated is approximate. Exactly how much you will use depends on the humidity of the curd.

Mix everything thoroughly and scoop the prepared dough with a spoon, forming balls, which you roll in the oatmeal.

 

Fry the bites in hot oil until golden.
