Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons cream
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 3/4 tea cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons bourbon

Method of preparation :

  • In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with a mixer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually add the sugar, without turning off the mixer and continue beating for another 1 minute.
  • Add the cream and milk. Stir well.
  • Add the cinnamon, vanilla extract and bourbon and stir briefly.
  • Pour the mixture into a suitable container, cover and freeze.
  • Remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
